The Opportunity

This role works across a diverse client portfolio, supporting omnichannel activation across multiple simultaneous campaigns while establishing a solid understanding of client challenges, objectives, and in-scope services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include booking, loading, and tracking client campaigns across media touchpoints in line with marketplace best-practice processes, managing material instructions, and maintaining strict compliance across account queries and monthly proforma checks.

The Implementation & Activation Coordinator serves as a key operational anchor, applying insightful context and rigorous quality control to campaign setups before plans and post-analyses are finalized with Managers and Directors.

  • A results-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to review campaign performance, identify key trends, and solve operational problems effectively.
  • Immaculate attention to detail, ensuring 100% accuracy across campaign loadings, financial bookings, compliance checks, and post-analysis reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize urgent tasks and manage multiple campaign workstreams effectively.
  • A collaborative, inquisitive, and positive can-do attitude, feeling empowered to bring your authentic self to work and contribute to great teamwork.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Hands-on exposure to media buying, booking, or management software and tools.
  • Prior completion of or engagement with industry learning frameworks, such as MFA courses or agency media modules.
  • Prior internship, entry-level, or coordinator experience within a media agency, publisher, or marketing environment.
