THE ROLE:

This role is responsible for leading the implementation and onboarding of all new business wins generated by the Corporate Sales team. It requires strong product knowledge, hands-on execution, and regular face-to-face engagement to deliver tailored solutions across Tool of Trade, Novated and Heavy Commercial offerings. The role manages clients throughout the initial 6–12 months before a structured handover to the Relationship Management team.

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to):

  • Partner with the BDM team to deliver client presentations that effectively sell the Fleet Partners solution while supporting the achievement of revenue, profit and customer acquisition targets
  • Executive and operational stakeholder communication
  • Understand and execute on approved pricing strategies for new customers
  • Develop a revised onboarding pack to integrate the existing tools that are in place across the multiple ERPs.
  • Maintain a high level of competitor intelligence, including product offering, pricing and strategy
  • Lead the team of sales and implementation resources

ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking an experienced fleet sales professional with strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset. You will bring a solid understanding of fleet and leasing products, a proven track record in achieving sales targets and new business results, and the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 2-3 years fleet experience with a thorough understanding of all products including novated leases and Heavy Commercial Vehicles with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets, KPI’s and customer commitments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability in presentations, telephone-based interactions, and negotiations
  • Openness to learn and develop a high level of strategic sales capabilities
  • Previous experience working in high pressure, fast paced commercial environments
  • Proven ability to comprehend legislation and compliance requirements around financial products and related leasing products

A basic understanding of the structure of vehicle financing computations; financial accounts and reporting would be desirable but not essential.
