About the Role
The Implementation Consultant acts as a key liaison between our business and customers, focusing on the successful deployment of our School Management Platform. This role involves direct client engagement, configuration, training, and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and optimal utilisation of our software. The ideal candidate will work closely with high-value schools to facilitate complex deployments, address issues, and maximise the benefits of our solution.
Roles and Responsibilities
Consult with clients to ensure a successful implementation of Sentral products and services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, conduct user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.
Coordinate critical onboarding activities, including data migration and integration of supplementary applications, ensuring readiness for success.
Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand and document customer needs and design tailored solutions.
Deliver and implement software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and configuration.
Work closely with the technical team to customise solutions based on specific client requirements.
Guide customers through onboarding, testing, and go-live
Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation to educate end-users on application functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance on software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
Perform other duties as reasonably requested by Sentral.
Salary
The salary range for this role is $115, 000 - $125, 000 base + superannuation.

You’re an experienced Implementation Consultant or Project Manager who thrives in dynamic, client-facing roles. With strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills, you know how to bring people on the journey, solve problems before they escalate, and ensure every project stays on track.
What You Will Bring:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical implementation role.
Proven consultancy experience within a vendor environment.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent consultation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Sound understanding of business processes and workflows.
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and logical thinking.
Ability to work autonomously and with accountability.
Working with Children Check
