About the Role:

The Inclusion Manager plays a hands-on role in delivering diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across Lendlease globally. Working as part of the Talent Acquisition and Inclusion team, this position leads the implementation of programs, coordinates activities, and ensures successful execution of inclusion strategies. The role is focused on action and delivery, turning plans into tangible outcomes that foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development, implementation and delivery of the Inclusion strategy for Lendlease

  • Partner with broader P&C and leadership teams to embed inclusive practices in recruitment, talent development, and performance management

  • Representation and support the governance and administration of the DEI Council 

  • Act as a trusted advisor on inclusion-related issues providing governance and support to employee resource groups 

  • Monitor and report on DEI metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Partner with external industry bodies and relationships, maintaining membership and certification where necessary

  • Responsible for relevant ‘Days of Significance’ ensuring all network groups, stakeholders and corporate real estate teams are aligned

  • Monitor and report on DEI metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Leverage your experience of using data and insights to support people and organisational decisions, including policy and process decisions and changes 

About You:

  • Proven experience in DEI or related roles, ideally within a corporate environment

  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and strategic mindset

  • Strong understanding of inclusion principles, legislation, and best practices

  • Ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization

  • Passionate about creating equitable opportunities and fostering belonging
