School Based Traineeships

Our School Based Traineeship Program is designed for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students in Year 11 and 12. This is your chance to kick-start a career in the financial services industry and set yourself up for Career success in one of Australia’s biggest companies. Along with vital on-the-job experience, the program gives students the opportunity to gain valuable skills and confidence in a safe and secure environment.

Full-Time/Part-Time Traineeships

Already finished school? Why not explore our Full-Time Traineeship Program which offers Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander job seekers with the opportunity to develop into a role over 12 – 18 months. This is a great opportunity to uncover your potential and receive ongoing training and support to build skills and confidence, with the potential to be offered a permanent position upon completion of the Traineeship.

University Internships

In partnership with CareerTrackers, we provide Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander University students with an opportunity to gain first-hand experience aligned to their degree, plus a pathway onto CommBank’s Graduate Program.
