Fetch is how modern pet parents give their pets the best care 🐶🐱. One pink app 🩷 for insurance, health, and care – easy, fair, and kinda fun. We’ve just closed our Series A, customers love us, and we’re growing quickly. Now we’re looking for a sharp, driven influencer & affiliates lead to help us reach more pet parents across Australia (and beyond!).
About you
You’re fast, creative, and obsessed with outcomes. You know how to find the right people and close the deal.
You’ve built affiliate or influencer programs before - or you’re itching to do it your way. You test five DMs at once, automate the follow-ups, and build systems that scale without losing the magic.
You get creators: you spot talent early, speak their language, and make them feel like partners. You’re deep in pet culture too – bonus points if your feed’s 50% animals 🐶🐱.
Your role
You’ll build and scale Fetch’s partner ecosystem from the ground up. That means:
🐩 Sourcing, pitching, and signing creators, influencers, and SMEs
📣 Designing outreach, incentives, and onboarding flows that convert
⚙️ Building effective systems to track, reward, and scale partnerships
🚀 Working across marketing, product, and ops to turn partners into growth
📊 Measuring what works, doubling down, and ditching what doesn’t
