Our Influencer Marketing team is expanding! We're searching for an Influencer Coordinator to help drive our influencer programs, manage relationships with influencers and creators, and grow our brand and product reach to millions of customers worldwide through engaging influencer and creator activities!

Day to day, you will:

  • Program Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and deliver on Showpo’s global influencer and creator program requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for Showpo’s gifting program, building and maintaining strong relationships with key influencers across a range of social platforms.
  • Content and Contract Management: Oversee the briefing, negotiation, and management of influencer contracts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content and social media posts.
  • Content Briefing: Creating briefs for influencers and content creators ensuring that content is executed to a high standard which can be reshared on to the Showpo channels. Thinking of outside of the box and creative ways to work with creators to not only keep up with trends but showcase product and elevate the brand in a creative way
  • Talent Sourcing: Continuously source and engage new influencer talent and explore emerging platform opportunities in alignment with Showpo’s brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and evaluate influencer campaigns to support seasonal initiatives, product launches, and key events.
  • Budget Management: Negotiate and allocate budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient use of resources.
  • Performance Tracking: Set and monitor KPIs, producing comprehensive analysis and reports on influencer and campaign performance to inform future strategies.
  • Trend and Pop Culture Integration: Stay ahead of social media trends and pop culture movements to identify timely opportunities for brand alignment and engagement 
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage social media/influencer order requests and coordinate deliveries to ensure prompt and accurate distribution.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with other brand marketing responsibilities and tasks as required to contribute to the team’s overall success.

Who are we looking for?

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role for a fast paced fashion and retail brand
  • Lives and breathes social media and influencer marketing

  • Skilled in sourcing and coordinating creators and influencers
