Overview of the role
The Influencer Coordinator is responsible for assisting in executing influencer campaigns and social activity with our partners. You will have the ability to manage campaigns, troubleshoot, and form strong relationships with agency planners, influencer agencies and clients. You will be expected to take ownership of campaign execution with the clear objective of delivering projects on time and within budget along with providing a high level of service to the agencies and clients.

Objectives:
- People: Build strong relationships with creators, agents, internal teams, and the wider WPP Media business.
- Client: Support the delivery of best-in-class influencer campaigns and maintain high service standards.
- Commercial: Help the team run campaigns efficiently and on budget.
- Product: Assist with influencer campaign processes including talent sourcing, briefing, content approvals, reporting, and live tracking.
- Process: Contribute to improving workflows, templates, and campaign management efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign management
The focus of the role will be to work with your team to deliver influencer campaigns for each client, with the support of the Campaign Manager. This will include:
- Campaign/brand research and analysis
- Influencer sourcing and vetting
- Proposals
- Implementation
- Optimisation
- Monitoring
- Reporting
People
Positively contribute to team meetings, leading some sections and owning follow-ups. This includes liaising confidently with creators, talent managers, internal agencies and social platforms.
Client
Represent client needs to venders and talent partners, supporting your manager on larger initiatives.
You will develop relationships with internal agencies at a junior level, as it relates to campaign planning and delivery. This includes but is not limited to proactively recommending tactics and opportunities that resolve client challenges and objectives.
Commercial
Deliver accurate and timely reconciliation of your campaigns in line with best practice and with exceptional attention to details.
Product
Work closely with our partner platforms to develop strong use of our tools and tech to operationalise campaigns. You will work alongside the team to maintain correct information within our tech and have initiative to suggest developments for the tech to better suit our business needs.
Process
Support the wider team in optimising influencer campaign planning and delivery processes, helping to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Experience:
- General understanding of the social influencer and social media landscape including the talent management landscape in Australia.
- Strong numerical skills for reporting and managing campaign budgets.
- Experience in negotiating deals that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership of pre-set goals and regularly reporting progress to management.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Problem-solving skills are essential, along with a creative mindset to effectively meet objectives.
