We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Finance Coordinator to join our team., working in the highly exciting influencer marketing business. You will work with best names in Beauty: From L’Oreal Paris to Maybelline and Kiehl’s,
In this role, you will focus on supplier setup and management and maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records. You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for supplier onboarding. As our Finance Coordinator, you will also be responsible for processing and tracking payments to influencers in a timely and accurate manager, as well as resolving payment issues and inquiries from influencers. A key part of this role will be reconciling payment discrepancies and ensure all financial transactions are documented.

- Ability to shift seamlessly between managing multiple priorities.

You will be passionate about numbers, and perhaps have 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the influencer/ media/ marketing industry. You will be comfortable with Excel. You will have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You will be an effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with influencers and suppliers.
