​​The 1000heads Influencer Marketing team is a proud, powerful collective of Social Media obsessive specialists who are experts in managing influencer relationships. You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists from Accounts, Insights, to Design, to Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager in either Sydney or Melbourne.

You will initially help to manage influencer relationships for one of our core clients in Australia with opportunities to expand to other clients across the business over time. This Includes: strategy, influencer identification, vetting, engagement, contract management, content briefing and management, monitoring, and measurement/reporting.

This role will begin as a five-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to be extended or converted into a permanent position.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage briefs. Ensuring that the briefs are detailed and communicated effectively to the team and client. Once brief is presented to the team it is your responsibility to ensure deadlines are met
  • Build influencer relationships; establish a genuine connection with influencers of all levels to promote trust and two-way communication. Maintain an ear to the ground for new creators to collaborate with.
  • Help lead influencer profiling (identification and vetting) briefs to ensure the team have a clear understanding of their target audience
  • Responsible for ensuring the profiling process (briefing and approval) are adhered to
  • Responsible for the timely response of all communication from influencers and on-going relationship maintenance
  • Negotiate and administer legal contracts for influencer paid collaborations and ensure compliance
  • Track budgets and manage influencer invoices
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including the ability to adapt rapidly to changes.
  • Maintaining the exceptional standard of all campaign engagement including ethical considerations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop innovative and creative campaign ideas and solutions.
  • Supporting in both internal and external meetings, as well as the development of client and internal reports
  • Any ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the team

Your first responsibility to 1000heads is to carry out this role to the best of your ability. Your second responsibility is to ensure those around you are able to carry out their roles to the best of their ability.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally within an Agency or equivalent environment
  • Detailed knowledge of the influencer market is a must. Specifically legal requirements for gifting and paid partnerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Social Platform proficiency across all key social platforms globally
  • Pro-active at bringing new ideas to the table
  • Results-focused with a tenacious approach to delivery, quality of output and organization are key to this role
  • Ability to work calmly, efficiently and professionally under pressure
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity
  • Relationship building skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail & excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Passionate, energetic and confident
  • Team-player: flexible and challenging
  • Proficient in Google drive  – Docs, Sheets and Slides
