About the Role

Are you looking for a role where technology, customer service, and project coordination come together? An exciting opportunity has opened in our Technology team for an InfoLink Project Coordinator. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting customers, ensuring smooth project execution, and helping businesses harness the full potential of our InfoLink products.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with technology, problem-solving, and collaborating with both customers and internal teams. While technical knowledge is a plus, we provide training and support to set you up for success.


Requirements

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinating and delivering exceptional customer support for our InfoLink products.
  • Managing project timelines, updating stakeholders, and ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all project data is up to date.
  • Providing first-level support for customer inquiries before escalating to the InfoLink support team.
  • Coordinating InfoLink module programming and delegating tasks as needed.
  • Handling monthly invoicing and journal processing for SaaS-hosted InfoLink services.
  • Processing orders and invoicing for customer HID cards in a timely and accurate manner.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills – you’ll be working with internal teams and customers daily.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication – clarity and professionalism are key.
  • A problem-solving mindset – you enjoy finding solutions and making things run smoothly.
  • Solid computer skills – familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is a plus.
  • A team-player attitude – you’ll be part of a small, supportive team working together to deliver outstanding service.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Project Management Certificate or equivalent qualification
