The 2026 Graduate Development Program Information Technology (IT) at the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is designed to support the development of emerging professional talent.   • IT Graduate applicants must hold or be completing a degree with strong academic achievement in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar field with relevant application or interest in IT.

  • All applicants must be Australian permanent residents or citizens or hold New Zealand citizenship.
