Job Description

At NCS, we're dedicated to helping clients harness the power of digital innovation. We are seeking a talented and experienced Integration Architect for a new client-facing role. We believe in making an extraordinary impact by solving complex challenges, and we're looking for an expert in connecting applications and services to create unified, efficient digital ecosystems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and overseeing the implementation of enterprise-level integration solutions. This position requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a knack for designing seamless data flows between diverse systems to ensure they communicate effectively, securely, and at scale.

 

Your primary responsibilities will involve leading the design of enterprise-level integration solutions, where you will define best-practice patterns, standards, and strategies. You will develop robust infrastructure architecture that aligns with business needs and security requirements, while also assessing and enhancing existing systems to boost performance and resilience. A crucial part of your role will be to collaborate closely with clients, development teams, and cybersecurity experts to translate business requirements into powerful, secure integration strategies. Furthermore, you will act as a trusted advisor on cloud adoption and hybrid environments, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting for complex integration challenges while evaluating new technologies to continuously improve our capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in infrastructure architecture across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and virtualisation technologies.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and configuration management.
  • Familiarity with containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
