Infrastructure Engineer

Design, build, and deploy modern, highly scalable software solutions optimized for cloud environments. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure applications are built using the best cloud-native practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Development:

• Analyze requirements and design effective cloud-native architectures using technologies like microservices, containerization (Docker), and serverless.

• Develop applications and services on major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools like Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.

Deployment and Operations:

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application integration, testing, and deployment.

• Manage and operate systems using Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Collaboration and Support:

• Collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure applications are designed and built according to cloud-native principles.

• Support other teams in using and understanding cloud-native tools and processes.

• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends, and share knowledge with team members.

• 4- 8 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud-native solutions.

• Proficient with Kubernetes, Docker, and container management tools.

• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

• Strong command of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

• Solid knowledge of microservices and serverless architectures.

• Good programming skills in at least one language such as Go, Python, Java, or Node.js.

• Understanding of core services on a cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Databases: Familiarity with various database types (SQL, NoSQL) in a cloud context.

• Networking: Understanding of cloud networking, VPNs, load balancing.

• Operating Systems: Linux system administration.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.

• A continuous learning mindset and willingness to embrace new technologies.

• Ability to communicate in English language
