About the Role:

We are seeking an Infrastructure Management lead responsible for managing and collaborating with client stakeholders, acting as an SME with deep knowledge and experience in Service delivery. You will manage the delivery of large, complex projects having technologies not limited to Operating systems, Storage & Backup, Database, Network, End user computing, Service Desk etc.

You will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Your role will involve measuring and communicating progress to leadership within committed time frames, as well as proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
 

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and collaborate with Client Stakeholders.

  • Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience in IT Infrastructure operations, infrastructure planning and strategy.
    - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
    - Responsible for team decisions and collaborate with onshore and Offshore teams.
    - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
    - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
    - Manage the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks.
    - Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost.
    - Lead delivery and ensure timely completion of projects.
    - Measure and communicate progress to leadership within committed time frames.
    - Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Professional & Technical Skills: 
- Proficiency in Service Delivery.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure operations, Infrastructure strategy and planning - managing large, complex projects.
- Ability to manage service quality and cost effectively.

Additional Information: 
- The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Service Delivery.

On-call and Shift Expectations: Our positions are primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction
