The Opportunity 

We’re looking for a Innovation Manager, ANZ to join our Innovation team on a full-time permanent basis. The primary purpose of this position is to support the Senior Innovation Manager on ideation, evaluation and execution of innovation pipeline aligned with the ANZ strategy (Rx and CHC). Work cross functionally with Global teams and EMOs to deliver Innovation projects. And ensure innovation projects are managed effectively through the iNova iGate process.

Key accountabilities include: 

  • Lead ANZ innovation projects from ideation through validation of commercial viability, ensuring effective handover to Brand for commercialisation and launch.
  • Drive concept development, validation, financial modelling and iGate delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders to deliver NPD on time and within targets.
  • Develop compelling innovation claims and manage approvals via Veeva.
  • Support Brand, Category and Sales with trade selling stories and retailer sell-in.
  • Contribute to quantitative and qualitative research across categories, including concepts, packaging and claims.


About You
 

To be successful in this role you will possess. 

  • A broad understanding of the pharmaceutical or OTC healthcare industry with at least 5 years commercial experience in innovation / marketing roles (Essential)
  • Possesses a relevant business-related degree. (Essential)
  • Experience with brand strategy, market analysis, and opportunity Identification.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering innovation pipelines within regulated environments.
  • Strong project management of projects across multiple projects and level of complexity.
  • Innovation Gate experience (Essential) good understanding consumer healthcare launches from ideation, sourcing, development to launch ready.
  • Entrepreneurial skillset encompassing a broad spectrum of experiences including commercials skills, technical skills, and business management skills.
  • Stake holder management – advanced ability to manage many stakeholders and bring the broader team on the journey.
  • Commercial acumen – strong experience in analyzing pricing, margins & and market share or similar measures.
  • Experience working with consumer insights into commercial brand executions.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory framework and requirements from therapeutic goods to cosmetics.
  • Ideally a good understanding of iNova categories cough / cold & flu / throat / allergy/ pain / skin health
