About the opportunity

We believe in building long term relationships, not just the numbers.

You will play a vital role to actively develop, nurture, and maintain positive relationships with our valued existing and new partners.  You will also handle the incoming sales calls, qualifying them, and handle the lead queue within CRM. Working closely in a supportive team, you will be provided with the training and development to make the role your own and manage your portfolio within the Oceania market.

We are seeking someone who has strong a customer service focus who thrive on delivering value-based solutions to achieve win win outcomes through exceptional relationship management.

Ideally, you will have a passion for technology or willing to learn.

This position is based in Sydney, Australia, and may be required to travel from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact to our valued partners to support their ongoing current and future needs.
  • Qualify and build a pipeline of leads for the wider sales team.
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of accounts within the Oceania market.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and customer focused manner.
  • Prepare monthly reports and analyse the trends to seek new market opportunities.
  • Work with our marketing team to deliver targeted campaigns including participating in trade shows.
  • Proactively seek new ways to improve our efficiency and how we can find the best solutions for our partners.

Qualification and Experience

  • Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline or relevant experience
  • Exposure to, or some experience in a customer focused sales role or similar, will be valued.
