Our Water division focuses on providing innovative diagnostics solutions to ensure water quality and safety. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team to help us achieve our sales targets while building strong customer relationships. Reporting into the Water Commercial Leader ANZ, you will be a part of the local water team as well as a passionate global network, whom you can connect with and leverage. In this brand-new role you will have the ability to make it your own!

This role is part time (22.8 hours per week) and you will have the flexibility to work from home, as well as our Brisbane office and custom-designed laboratory.

What you can expect

  • Achievement of sales revenue targets for the Water product portfolio across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific region.

  • Proactively manage and grow relationships within the Water customer portfolio.

  • Increase utilisation and retention of IDEXX Water products and services by educating customers and addressing their needs.

  • Identify and convert sales opportunities into long-term customers.

  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to track performance.

  • Provide exceptional service and technical support to build customer loyalty.

The Successful candidate…

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, microbiology or a related field (preferred).

  • Equivalent professional experience in sales or account management may be considered.

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the water, diagnostics, or laboratory industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.

  • Experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.

  • Familiarity with customer needs in laboratory workflows, water quality, or diagnostics.
