Inside Sales - Business Development Representative

What does a successful Inside Sales Business Development Representative do at Fiserv?

Dynamic and results oriented Inside Sales BDR to drive selling Clover point of sale (POS) and payment technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be highly energetic, possess strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales.

What You Will Do:

  • Identify new lead opportunities
  • Convert lead opportunities into sales
  • Foster strong relationship with merchant prospects
  • Sell value proposition both over-the-phone and in person
  • Gain deep understanding of suite product solutions for each target segment
  • Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to adapt selling approach accordingly

What You Will Need To Have:

  • Sales experience, preferably in POS or payments technology.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems, merchant services, and e-commerce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team, driving sales performance and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
