We now have a great opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative within our computer components business unit.

Key to this role will be your ability to provide outstanding sales support and service to customers and internal stakeholders through outbound and inbound phone contact and other electronic means. You will manage quotation and sales order processing for computer products as well as other ancillary products.

You will be the point-of-contact for the internal Sales and Logistics teams.

You will become an expert in the specifics of the vendor, and their product offerings assigned to you. 

You will also manage and grow customer relationships for your assigned vendors. This role represents a great opportunity to learn from the ground up and grow into sales and/ or product management roles in the future.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills, experience and knowledge:

  • Minimum High School Certificate (or equivalent).

  • Professional, high level English communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.

  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proactive and customer service orientation with the ability to work autonomously.

  • Experience with bills of materials, quoting and ERP systems (desirable).
