The Opportunity
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a motivated and technically minded individual to join our Fire Suppression division as an Inside Sales Specialist. This role is perfect for someone seeking a challenging and rewarding career in Sales Engineering.
In this Internal Sales position, you will provide fire suppression products and solutions to our valued customers, playing a key role in driving our company’s success and contributing ideas to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
Provide expert product support and guidance to resellers and end-users
Prepare quotes, respond to technical queries, and offer troubleshooting assistance
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for ongoing business growth
Participate in marketing and business development activities to drive brand awareness and expand accounts
What We’re Looking For
A Trade or Technical qualification OR a strong passion for Sales Engineering and Fire Suppression
Recent graduate engineers keen to kick-start a sales career are encouraged to apply
Confident, proactive, and excited by new challenges
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
