Your new opportunity


We’re looking for an organised and service-focused Insurance Broking Assistant to support the delivery of general insurance solutions for our clients. Working closely with an experienced Insurance Advisor, you’ll take the lead on coordinating documentation, handling client administration, and helping ensure a seamless and professional insurance experience at every step.


This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on attention to detail, has completed or is willing to complete their Tier 1 Broking qualification, and wants to grow their career in a supportive, professional environment.


What you'll do
  • Prepare insurance quotes, proposals, and policy documentation
  • Respond to client enquiries with accurate, timely information
  • Process new applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Maintain client records in line with policy and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with insurers and clients to support claims handling
  • Request quotes and negotiate terms with underwriters
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Contribute to improving workflow, documentation, and client experience
  • Stay informed on insurance products, trends, and regulatory changes
