The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Insurance Manager who’s ready to balance administrative excellence with growing ownership of insurance program management. Reporting to the Senior Insurance Manager and working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be trusted to coordinate day-to-day operations, support renewal preparation and negotiations, and contribute to process improvements—while developing your expertise and taking initiative in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the administration of insurance programs: maintaining and managing data, preparing documents, and ensuring accuracy.
- Supporting annual renewals: gathering information, assisting with the input of underwriting submissions, and liaising with our insurance broker.
- Handling general enquiries from internal customers across the business, liaising with the broker on certificates of currency, and coverage adjustments requests.
- Assisting with budget forecasts, premium allocations, and invoicing .
- Reviewing contracts and organising inspections with guidance from senior team members.
- Supporting claims management by providing information and following up on requests.
- Contributing to team projects, process improvements, and learning about new products and services.
- Building relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and drive value across the business.
About You
You have experience in administration, insurance, or property, and you’re ready to take on more responsibility. You’re organised, proactive, and keen to develop your skills while making a real impact. You’ll bring:
- Strong financial acumen combined with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
- Initiative and ownership of your work, with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
- Ability to manage your time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Excel and IT systems.
- An interest in insurance, risk, or property (preferred).
