About the Role
We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing & Growth Manager to own and drive our marketing strategy in Australia. You will lead end-to-end integrated campaigns, using our core product strengths as the central narrative, while partnering closely with acquisition channels to improve overall marketing efficiency and growth outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Own integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, from competitive analysis and content planning to storytelling and post-campaign performance review;
  • Develop compelling, locally relevant narratives that translate product strengths into clear, trusted value propositions for AU investors;
  • Partner closely with acquisition teams (paid, SEM/SEO, social, KOLs, communities) to optimize both conversion and efficiency;
  • Leverage data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive informed decision-making (e.g. attribution, anomaly detection);
  • Stay close to the market by tracking global fintech and brokerage competitors, feeding insights into ongoing strategy.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or growth, with a strong track record of leading integrated campaigns end-to-end;
  • Experience in fintech, brokerage, or financial services is highly preferred;
  • Sound understanding of the Australian market and local investor behavior;
  • Active personal investor (AU / US / HK markets) with solid knowledge of stocks, options, and ETFs;
  • Strong data mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions;
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) in marketing or growth scenarios;
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and a results-driven mindset;
  • Bachelor’s degree or above; strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Benefits

- A high degree of autonomy and self-direction, within a friendly, supportive team.

- Generous contribution to private healthcare and gym membership.

- Competitive salary and bonus structure.

- Support for ongoing education and training.
