The role will ensure that the strategic outcomes and benefits are delivered within budget and on time and to the level of quality following Cuscal’s Project Management Framework and Project Investment Governance and Execution Framework.

Inherent to this role is the leadership, project management and delivery expertise. The scope of the role covers all program outcomes, covering technology and non-technology activities.

You’ll also make an impact by:

  • Aligning integration deliverables to strategic outcomes such as synergy realization, cultural alignment, and operational continuity, with guidance from the Program’s Director.
  • Presenting a unified and accurate view of integration progress, managing change control and facilitating trade-offs between legacy systems, processes, and priorities.
  • Applying best practice project management frameworks appropriate to the Program and ensuring data hygiene across program management systems e.g. JIRA, Confluence.
  • Working effectively with internal and external facing teams to develop suitable plans based on the scope of work agreed, manage stakeholders and expectations.
  • Coordinating across internal and external teams and stakeholders throughout the Program, effectively managing interdependencies, sign-offs and communication to ensure timely delivery of work.
  • Facilitating Agile delivery across integration teams, ensuring Scrum practices are consistently understood and applied across squads, including backlog management, sprint planning, and adherence to Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
  • Empowering teams to self-organise and collaborate effectively to deliver integration outcomes.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong knowledge and experience implementing Agile ways of working and tooling
