About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and relationship-driven Integration Manager. This role is all about ensuring the seamless delivery of festival brand partnership rights, while overseeing the operational and administrative processes that make sponsorship activations run smoothly.

You’ll work closely with festival teams, sponsors, and promoters to bring partnership deliverables to life, from ticketing and approvals through to on-site execution and post-event reporting. As the key link between sponsors and festivals, you’ll lead integration processes that ensure commercial partnerships enhance the overall festival experience.

If you think you’ve got what it takes, we’d love to hear from you. Apply with a cover letter telling us why you’re the perfect candidate for this opportunity.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Operational planning: Develop and manage integration timelines, ensuring teams meet key deadlines and deliverables.
  • Sponsorship delivery: Execute all sponsor partnership benefits across ticketing, alcohol management, approvals, communications, promotions, logistics, and billing.
  • Event management: Act as the on-ground contact for sponsors at festivals and events, ensuring seamless delivery in collaboration with production teams.
  • Reporting & insights: Work with Client Services to create post-event reports and campaign insights for clients and promoters.
  • Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, general managers, festival teams, and clients.
  • Collaboration & WIPs: Lead regular integration meetings with promoters, marketing, production, and other key stakeholders.
  • Team support: Assist with freelance project manager recruitment and management when required.
  • Client servicing: Manage integration clients with professionalism, leading WIPs and delivering excellent service.

What you’ll bring:

  • Relevant experience: 2–3 years in a similar role within the music, events, or entertainment industry.
  • Tech savvy: Proficiency across Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Communication skills: Strong ability to liaise confidently across all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Organisation & multitasking: Outstanding ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
  • Discretion & professionalism: Ability to exercise judgement and handle sensitive relationships with care.
  • Event mindset: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing demands.
  • Passion for music: A genuine enthusiasm for live entertainment and festival culture.

The Benefits:

  • A vibrant, music-focused workplace fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks.
  • A diverse, equitable workplace where every voice matters.
  • Comprehensive benefits, from volunteer days to wellness programs and mental health support.

Equal Opportunities:

We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion. You will be working in an inclusive environment and be encouraged to bring your whole self to work. We will do all that we can to help you successfully balance your work and Homelife. As a growing business, we will encourage you to develop your professional and personal aspirations, enjoy new experiences, and learn from the talented people you will be working with. It's talent that matters to us and we encourage applications from people irrespective of their gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability status or caring responsibilities.
