For our Supply department, we are looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who can bridge the gap between our sellers and our platform by setting up and maintaining seamless integrations.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience in Technical Support, with a background in ecommerce, IT services, consulting.
- Proven track record working with commerce customers in Retail or B2B.
- Experienced in working with web APIs (HTTP/gRPC) and able to provide implementation guidance in line with our best practices.
- Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts in clear, simple terms for non-technical audiences.
- You demonstrate a strong security mindset and a deep understanding of the necessity and importance of safeguarding sensitive data.
- Strong analytical thinker with proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Naturally curious, with a strong drive to understand how things work and a clear appreciation for the value of documentation.
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with a preference for action over discussion, and effective collaboration within fully remote teams.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in German is an additional asset.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will independently resolve problems on existing seller automations/integrations
- Develop and maintain close relationsships with sellers and integrators, increasing adoption and utilization of the refurbed platform
- Set up new seller accounts and help us improved the onboarding experience
- You will consult sellers about refurbed’s automations capabilities (CSV-feeds, integrators, custom API development) and help set these up
- You maintain and contribute to our Knowledgebase and Documentation
- You support internal teams with your deep integration and automation knowledge
