We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager, Integrations based in Sydney to help grow and manage our ecosystem of product integration partners across APAC. Reporting to the Director of Product Hospitality in Paris, you will work with local and global teams to drive partnerships that enhance the Lightspeed platform and deliver value to hospitality merchants.

The ideal candidate for this role thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. With a proactive mindset and resilience to see long-term initiatives through, you’re driven to create meaningful impact for both our partners and internal teams.

In this role, you’ll make a significant impact by building strong APAC partnerships that align with Lightspeed’s goals, ensuring smooth communication between partners and internal teams, and driving measurable results in revenue, merchant satisfaction, and product adoption.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for integration partners across the APAC region
  • Align with partners on joint strategic goals and ensure product roadmaps support Lightspeed’s hospitality priorities
  • Manage relationships with app developers, third-party vendors, and partners building on our hospitality platforms
  • Collaborate with product, commercial, and legal teams to structure and negotiate partnership agreements
  • Run regular partner touchpoints to share updates, gather feedback, and maintain alignment
  • Share APAC partner needs in global strategy discussions to make sure the integration roadmap works for the region
  • Use market knowledge and industry connections to find and develop new partnership opportunities
What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Previous experience in partnerships, ideally within POS, payments, hospitality technology, or B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including legal, product, and commercial
  • A background in fast-growing tech or SaaS companies, preferably with a global presence
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable results
  • Understanding of API integrations, while you won't be building them, you'll be able to understand API documentation
