Key Responsibilities
- Support the Compliance & Health and Safety team in daily operational and project-related activities within the manufacturing environment.
- Assist in monitoring workplace compliance with company policies, health & safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in workplace inspections, safety observations, and compliance audits to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of compliance records, reports, presentations, and safety-related documentation.
- Assist in conducting awareness programs, safety campaigns, and employee engagement activities related to workplace safety and compliance.
- Collect, analyse, and maintain health & safety and compliance-related data for reporting and monitoring purposes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to follow up on corrective actions and compliance improvement initiatives.
- Support incident reporting, investigation follow-ups, and risk assessment activities as assigned.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of compliance and employee-related records handled during the internship.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management in line with the internship objectives
Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:
- Following a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or other related qualifications
