KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, maintain, and manage reports and presentations.
Act as a liaison between the Employee Relations (ER) team and team members (TMs).
Address and resolve grievances promptly and effectively
Coordinate and support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Fresh graduate or undergraduate in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
