Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Autonomous Maintenance team to develop and standardize the CLIT (Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection, and Tightening) procedures.
Coordinate with the plant team to provide AM Standard Training to all relevant personnel.
Monitor and follow up on the implementation of the developed CLIT Standards to ensure consistency and sustainability.
Develop and execute action plans based on audit findings to drive continuous improvement.
Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance with AM and CLIT standards.
Qualifications
Degree in business management / relevant Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset with the strong knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
