KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with internal teams and other departments to ensure timely follow‑ups.
Communicate with customers regarding updates and follow‑up actions.
Collaborate with sample rooms and engineers to support product development activities.
Assist with basic cost calculations.
Maintain data and prepare reports according to team requirements.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Fresh graduate or undergraduate in Business Management and Marketing
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other related software
