About the Role:
We are looking for a summer intern to support the QARA Project while gaining hands-on experience in project communication, stakeholder engagement and internal marketing. This role is ideal for students with a background in marketing, communications, or related disciplines who want to learn how communication support large-scale projects within a medical device environment. You will also have opportunities to develop your presentation, storytelling, and digital content skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing, engaging, presentations and communication materials for global stakeholders.
Support internal project communication initiatives, including newsletters, updates, and digital content that promote awareness of QARA Project team’s activities.
Develop scalable monthly content plans (e.g. spotlights, updates, visuals) to increase visibility of the team’s work.
Collaborate with team members to document process and workflows.
Support exploration of automation and in-house AI tools to improve communication and project efficiency
Contribute to training materials or guidance for business processes as needed.
Liaise with internal teams (IT, Manufacturing, Product Development) to coordinate process improvements.
Qualifications / Skills:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (engineering or science background with strong communication interest are welcome).
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Confident, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Willing to learning about QARA systems and processes and project management best practices.
Familiarity with Canva, Jira, Confluence, and AI based tools is a plus.
