The value stream portfolio includes Victoria’s Secret, Calvin Klein, Marks & Spencer, Triumph, Speedo and Aerie. Positioned as a global centre of excellence, the Bodywear Value Stream combines advanced product innovation, technology-led solutions and operational scale to meet evolving consumer expectations across intimate and swim categories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively understanding technology requirements of new projects & growth platforms and develop innovative approaches in solving technological challenges to generate meaningful resolutions.
- Support in the development of virtual & physical prototypes both internally & with partners to create open innovative technology products that can be converted to realistic investment opportunities.
- Drive technology, method, and consistency validation enabling smooth scale-up from development to bulk manufacturing.
- Perform machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities for new technology platforms.
- Research & understand adoptable technology and identify potential partners to work with in a collaborative fashion to ensure optimal productivity.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- An undergraduate pursuing a degree in Engineering specializing in Textile and Clothing Technology or NDT in Textile and Clothing Technology, Chemistry or Polymer Chemistry.
- Good communication skills.
