KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in pattern preparation and support pattern verification activities under the guidance of the technical team.
Support fit sessions by reviewing garment samples against customer requirements and documenting observations.
Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documentation, specification sheets, and sample records.
Coordinate with pattern technicians, sewing technicians, and relevant teams to support sample development activities.
Assist in sample evaluation, customer dispatch preparations, and follow-up activities to support the product development process.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Undergraduate pursuing a Degree or holder of a Diploma in Textile Engineering, Apparel Engineering, Clothing Technology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, grading, and customer fit requirements.
Familiarity with Gerber or similar CAD, pattern-making software will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
