As an Inventory Controller based at our brand-new state of the art Truganina National Distribution Centre (TNDC) you will have the opportunity to work with and support a variety of internal and external stakeholders across the Mondelez Network (including 3PL sites). You will be responsible for activities such as Pallet Management (CHEP), Inventory Management (iDoc management/stock counts & reconciliation), track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), and the Stock Rework activities.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Ensure management of Chep Pallets & Finished Goods (FG) Inventory at MDLZ TNDC, ensuring accuracy
  • Oversee Returns & Pallet Rework space through - inspecting, sorting, re-packing, re-labelling of non-compliant stock and processing of returns.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve Pallet Quality / warehousing system issues that impact inventory availability and accuracy.
  • Coordinate Inventory audits, stocktakes and cycle counts of FG Inventory & Chep Pallets
  • Manage the process of inventory write off and adjustments within your approved limits, escalating when required.
  • Ensure compliance to all Mondelez internal standards and requirements


What you will bring

  • Demonstrated inventory experience in the FMCG space
  • Pallet management experience (advantageous - use of Mychep/Pallet Watch)
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (EWM advantageous)
  • An analytical mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • The ability to lead and coach others to meet deadlines
  • Confidence in operating MHE (including tugger, pallet jack etc)
  • Experience operating a scissor lift / forklift license (advantageous but not essential)
