Your Responsibilties

  • Provide support for investment communications and education material (written, video and audio). Ensure all content adheres to Legal and Brand guidelines before being submitted for approval to the Chief Investment Officer.
  • Provide investment reporting support for IPS products, e.g., multi-asset portfolio solutions, SMAs, multi-asset index models. Ensure commentary is market-leading and leverages the CIO’s insights.
  • Work closely with Senior Investment Comms Manager and other stakeholders throughout LGT Crestone (e.g., Delivery, IT, Front Office, Finance) to maximise the benefits of IPS’ IP. Work closely with the team to define and drive processes that maximise dissemination of knowledge.
  • Take ownership of selected middle office responsibilities, including engaging with key stakeholders around NDAs, rebates, asset set-up, ECM/DCM support, as well as business analyst functions across the team.
  • Conduct change management activities to build engagement and promote increased usage of IPS’ knowledge platform by the broader business (e.g., adviser and associate training sessions).
  • Act as back-up to the knowledge platform, ensuring content and data remains relevant and look to refine processes, utilising automation software, where possible.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in investment communications and knowledge management.

You About

  • Degree or post-graduate qualified in Finance or Communications, Journalism.
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Financial modelling / use of automation software and understanding of business processes.
  • Understanding of investment markets.
  • Thorough understanding of knowledge management best practices.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence software, such as Tableau, and InDesign skills an advantage.
