LGT Wealth Management was formed around a clear and uncompromising vision – to bring global best practice in building institutional quality investment portfolios to Australian clients.

With a shared passion for building an uncompromised business – we created something new from the ground up. A chance to leave behind the things that weren’t working, while enhancing the things that were. Our authentic and personalised client-first commitment. Our entrepreneurial spirit. Our focus in best-in-class advice. And our intimate understanding of the Australian private wealth landscape.

In 2022 we became a part of the LGT Group, who shared our entrepreneurial spirit, long-term approach and private-ownership model. Today, with the global expertise, stability, and capability of LGT behind us, we can work without being reliant on markets or margins, with a singular focus on giving our clients the advice and deep expertise they need for generations to come.

About the Opportunity

Join LGT Wealth Management, a global leader in private wealth advice, and play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate investment insights to high-net-worth clients and purpose-driven organisations.

As an Investment Communications Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our Chief Investment Office, crafting compelling narratives that bring complex market strategies to life. This is your chance to influence how we share knowledge, drive innovation in content creation, and elevate our brand as a trusted voice in wealth management. If you’re passionate about blending technical expertise with creative storytelling, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the conversation: Develop and execute strategies for market-leading investment communications across written, video, and audio formats.
  • Own the editorial vision: Manage the investment team’s editorial calendar, ensuring all content is insightful, consistent, and aligned with brand and legal standards.
  • Champion knowledge management: Build systems and processes that maximise the value of the investment team’s intellectual property, improving efficiency and supporting business growth.
  • Collaborate at the highest level: Work closely with the Chief Investment Officer and key stakeholders to deliver flagship reports and pitch materials that set the industry benchmark.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor trends in investment communications and knowledge management, ensuring our approach remains innovative and impactful.

About You

You’re a strategic thinker with a flair for communication and a passion for investment markets. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content.  Your toolkit includes:

  • Experience: 5–7 years in investment communications or knowledge management.

  • Skills: Exceptional writing and editorial ability, strong project management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Expertise: Solid understanding of investment markets and knowledge management best practices.

  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with platforms like SharePoint, LinkedIn, and tools such as Tableau and InDesign is a plus.

  • Qualifications: Degree or postgraduate in Finance, Communications, or Journalism.

If you’re resourceful, collaborative, and driven to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

LGT Wealth Management is committed to the ongoing development of their employees. Your development will be managed and tailored to your role and future career path.

LGT Wealth Management is an equal opportunity employer committed to embracing a diverse and inclusive work environment. We aim to attract and retain the best people regardless of their gender, marital/parental status, ethnic origin, nationality, age, background, disability, sexual orientation and gender identity.
