In working on the best matters, you will be able to grow and develop your skills and experience. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of work (such regulatory, FIRB, fund manager M&A plus fund launches) and types of funds including credit, private equity, venture capital, property and more.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for funds and is wanting to work hard to deliver the best quality and most innovative work for our clients.
Our services include:
- Developing all documents associated with fund establishment
- Registered scheme constitutions
- Limited partnership agreements
- Trust deeds and constitutions
- Management and custodian agreements
- Co-investment agreements
- Regulatory advice under the Corporations Act
- Australian Financial Services Licensing (AFSL) requirements
About you
You’ll have a strong desire and capacity to work on complex, high-profile transactions. You are ambitious, collaborative and committed to excellence. You will also have:
- At least five years’ experience with strong exposure to investment funds and financial services regulation
- Exceptional drafting and advisory skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- The ability to build trusted client relationships
- A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
