Dexus (ASX: DXS) is a leading Australasian fully integrated real asset group, managing a high-quality Australasian real estate and infrastructure portfolio valued at $50.1 billion. We believe that the strength and quality of our relationships will always be central to our success and are deeply connected to our purpose: Unlock potential, create tomorrow.

The Opportunity

As an Investment Management Analyst you will play a pivotal role in shaping Dexus’ investment strategy. Sitting at the heart of strategic decision-making, you’ll partner with the Group Strategy team and senior leaders to influence capital deployment and portfolio performance. Your analysis will directly impact investment decisions, not sit on the shelf. This is a high-visibility role where your insights matter from day one - challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities, and helping define the next chapter of Dexus’ growth.

You will make an impact by:

  • Contributing to the annual capital allocation framework presented to the Board, influencing how capital is deployed.

  • Delivering financial modelling and rigorous analysis to support Investment Committee decisions on capital requests.

  • Building deep expertise across Dexus’ diverse real estate and infrastructure assets to optimise performance and manage risk.

  • Going beyond analysis to support implementation of investment strategies, collaborating with fund managers and transaction teams.

  • Enhancing capital allocation processes and performance monitoring with fresh ideas and better frameworks.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings curiosity, analytical strength, and a passion for investment. Ideally, you will have;

  • A tertiary qualification in a discipline with strong analytical components (such as economics, finance, engineering, or mathematics).

  • 0–2+ years of experience in investment, advisory, or analytical roles, with a willingness to learn; exposure to real assets or finance is a bonus.

  • Exceptional analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a meticulous attention to detail in financial or portfolio modelling.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively while adapting to changing priorities.

  • A genuine interest in investment and capital allocation, coupled with a drive to challenge assumptions and deliver meaningful impact.
