About the role

We’re looking for a connector, a collaborator, and a catalyst for growth. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our investment teams and Distribution, ensuring ideas and opportunities flow seamlessly. You’ll empower our investment teams to amplify their distribution strategies and give our sales teams the tools and insights they need to drive results and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend investment team meetings where possible and stay across company updates, market developments, team views, and portfolio positions.

  • Write clear and insightful stock, market, and portfolio commentaries that reflect the investment team’s perspective.

  • Support Sales, ISO, and Investment teams by producing and updating pitch books.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Client Requests team, helping with RFPs, DDQs, and other technical queries.

  • Create engaging content for presentations and articles that showcase the team’s capabilities and insights.

  • Prepare competitor analysis and technical sales support materials using Morningstar Direct, FactSet, and internal systems.

  • Maintain FSC Fund documentation for relevant products.

  • Present to the Sales team on portfolio performance and positioning and keep monthly distribution cheat sheets up to date.

  • Work closely with Marketing to deliver high-quality materials and attend client meetings to support distribution activity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Completed undergraduate degree.

  • Postgraduate qualifications in a finance-related field (or currently studying) are desirable.

  • Around five years’ experience in an investment management role or related discipline.

  • Solid understanding of the investment management industry and financial markets.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA skills would be an advantage.

  • Ability to interpret and present complex investment concepts clearly to different audiences.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Familiarity with data tools and systems such as Morningstar Direct and FactSet is a plus.
