iPM Billing Specialist

What you’ll achieve

As an iPM Billing Specialst you will be part of the PAS Professional Services team within the Delivery stream.

Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

  • Provide the iPM Billing Managed Service – managing health-fund contract loads, MBS and prosthetic files and related tasks in line with SLAs for subscribed customers
  • Contribute to iPM billing implementation projects and upgrades
  • Work closely with the broader delivery team on cross-skilling and support.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years using iPM for hospital billing and claiming
  • Understanding of health fund contracts and billing rules configuration in iPM.
  • Understanding of hospital billing workflows
  • Experience with Transact-SQL scripting
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Commitment to customer service excellence

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with Eclipse Webservices connectivity to Services Australia via PRODA.
  • Private and public hospital experience
  • Advanced Transact-SQL scripting and stored procedure skills
