Our newly created IT Business Administrator role will have the opportunity to work within and support a team that oversees our internal IT systems, infrastructure and cybersecurity.
With a focus on: invoicing and (non-technical) management of enterprise SaaS applications, procurement of technology/IT assets, and general admin support for our IT team, you will help build out new processes and identify areas of improvement for existing processes.
Your role with us:
Your mission should you choose to accept it, will be to create an impact at Easygo as part of our collaborative IT Team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders from across the organisation including Finance and Workplace Experience, and also interface with external stakeholders including vendors, SaaS organisations and IT service providers. We're looking for someone with exceptional communication and organisational skills, an eye for detail and a proactive mindset.

What you will do:

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Manage and process IT purchase requests and procurement workflows.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure accurate quotes, timely deliveries, and strong working relationships.
  • Work with Finance and Legal teams on contract renewals, purchase approvals, and vendor agreements.
  • Track IT spend and maintain clear records of purchases and commitments.

SaaS Management

  • Administer and manage SaaS contracts, licensing, usage, and expenses.
  • Monitor software spend and usage to help optimise licensing and reduce waste.
  • Ensure timely renewals, license adjustments, and deprovisioning in collaboration with IT admins and stakeholders.

Inventory & Asset Management

  • Maintain the IT asset register with accurate details of issued, returned, and decommissioned hardware.
  • Monitor stock levels for IT equipment and accessories; raise orders when needed.
  • Coordinate and perform regular stocktakes to ensure inventory integrity.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage IT invoice tracking and work with Finance to ensure timely payment and reconciliation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the IT team, including calendar coordination and documentation upkeep.
  • Book meetings, take accurate meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of internal IT projects and initiatives.

What you will bring:

Essential experience

  • Minimum of three years general administration experience
  • Basic knowledge of financial processes (e.g., invoicing, purchase orders)
  • Experience in procurement, vendor coordination or invoice management
  • Exposure to IT operations or working closely with technical teams
  • Experience managing records, tracking inventory or maintaining registers
  • Experience using office tools such as Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, and Slack

Desirable qualifications

  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar project/task tracking tools
  • Previous experience in an IT department or technology-focused environment

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack & Jira
