About this role
In this role, you will provide hands-on technical and operational support across a range of customer environments, with a strong focus on communication platforms and end-user support.
Key responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support to end users for hardware, operating systems, and application issues (onsite and remotely).
  • Provide support and administration for Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Jumpcloud etc.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to network connectivity, VPN access, and video conferencing systems.
  • Process staff timely onboarding and offboardings w.r.t. access, peripherals, device ordering and liaising. 
  • Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of VC room equipment (including Google meets and third-party devices).
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring timely resolution of daily technical issues within SLA targets.
  • Document procedures, incidents, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
  • Liaise with vendors and escalate complex issues as required.
