Supporting Zip’s internal teams, our Corporate IT squad ensures seamless, secure and reliable technology experiences across the business. From managing devices and networks to optimising systems and automation, this team plays a critical role in enabling Zipsters to do their best work every day.

What you’ll own

  • Engineer, maintain and optimise IT systems, networks and applications.
  • Provide real-time support for IT incidents, service requests and enquiries.
  • Monitor system performance and capacity, ensuring reliability and uptime.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives, including scripting and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation across IT processes, configurations and systems.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Proven experience in IT Operations, supporting enterprise systems, networks and end-user environments.
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP) and infrastructure concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and incident management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Datadog, Splunk or similar).
  • Scripting capability (e.g. PowerShell, Bash or Python) to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Experience managing Windows and macOS environments, including device management and configuration.
  • A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn, and grow.
  • An aptitude for identifying and managing risks, understanding that we are all leaders at Zip.
