Job Description

The Commercial Team within Digital manages commercial and contractual negotiations with technology vendors across the Group. As the IT Procurement Manager, you will drive end-to-end IT procurement, vendor management, and contract review while actively engaging with internal stakeholders to translate conceptual technology requirements into favorable commercial outcomes. Operating as an individual contributor with broad cross-functional reach, you will also take full ownership of administering our contract management system (Ironclad) to ensure contract data remains clean, workflows run smoothly, and renewal pipelines are managed proactively.

Day to day you will:

  • Drive end-to-end IT procurement, manage the pipeline of technology vendor renewals, and support contract negotiations, variations, and change requests.
  • Take full ownership of administering and optimising our Ironclad contract management tool, ensuring accurate data tracking, smooth workflows, and key date visibility.
  • Actively partner with cross-functional internal stakeholders (Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Cyber, Data/AI) to translate tech needs into smart, cost-effective commercial deals.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned technology vendors, maintaining open communication and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and vendor rationalisation.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Proactive, self-starter mentality with strong relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders across Tech, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Ability to review and interpret complex tech contracts, Statement of Work (SOWs), SLAs, and commercial models (e.g., SaaS, cloud, consumption-based) to identify risks and hidden costs.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or contract management (preferably with major tech vendors such as Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, or Cisco).
  • Hands-on experience as an Ironclad user or administrator, along with a broad understanding of standard IT and software setup models.
