As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of IT initiatives within the Supply Chain & Corporate domain. Your responsibilities will include project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion—ensuring delivery on time and within budget. You will work extensively with ERP systems and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and alignment with business objectives.
Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans using Cochlear’s GDL Framework, ensuring all deliverables and checkpoints are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Apply both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to manage scope, risks, and milestones.
- Oversee vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and communication.
- Work across ERP, integration, and standalone systems in the Supply Chain & Corporate ecosystem.
- Track project progress, adapting plans as needed to meet changing priorities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and support change management and training efforts.
- Flexibility to adjust working hours when engaging with regional teams.
Minimum Key Incumbent Requirements
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within e-Invoicing or ERP projects.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and integration processes.
- Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
