Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands on and remote support to ANZ users for hardware and software
- Support ANZ IT with projects and upgrades in multiple offices
- Support ANZ office infrastructure including AV, conferencing and physical security systems
- Purchasing and asset management
- Laptop and Mac endpoint builds
- Assist staff with automation projects
- Administration of sharepoint sites
You Are
- Customer Service focused
- Meticulous in your attention to detail
- Quick learner - require adaptation to ever-changing priorities & broad technology domains
- Excellent team player - proven ability to resolve problems systematically
- Willing to occasionally work outside of business hours to support business needs
You Have
- 2+ years experience with:
- Troubleshooting endpoints with systematic analysis on client productivity suites, such as Mac OSX, Windows 11, M365, Teams
- Working within a helpdesk support environment
- Working with MS Power suite; Power BI, Power Automate
- Administration of sharepoint servers and assisting users with OneDrive
- A working understanding of server environments and networking concepts including WIFI, LAN and WAN
- The ability to work productively independently and as part of a team
- The ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills
