Job Title: IT Systems & Support Specialist
Location: Sydney CBD (Full-Time, Onsite)
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 + Super
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office (5 Days per Week)
Reports To: Head of Infrastructure and Cybersecurity
 🖥️ About the Role

We’re seeking a capable and hands-on IT Systems & Support Specialist to take full ownership of internal IT support across our Sydney CBD headquarters. You’ll be the go-to person for IT troubleshooting, systems maintenance, user onboarding, and hardware optimisation — supporting a fast-paced and growing national business. This is a full-time, onsite position (Monday–Friday) and not a help desk or remote role.
💼 Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across desktops, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot Mac and Windows environments
  • Manage Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Autopilot
  • Write/run PowerShell and GAM scripts for automation and admin
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain hardware across desks, docks, AV, TVs
  • Oversee AV setup and support in meeting rooms (Logitech)
  • Maintain endpoint security and monitor BYOD compliance
  • Create and update IT documentation, guides, and checklists
  • Liaise with vendors and building IT infrastructure providers
  • Drive improvement projects and IT infrastructure optimisation
 ✅ What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in Level 2 desktop or internal IT support
  • Expertise in Windows, MacOS, Google Workspace, M365, Azure AD, Intune
  • Strong scripting ability (PowerShell, GAM)
  • Hands-on experience with commercial office setups (desks, docks, AV)
  • Highly organised, accountable, and task-driven
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Willing to work on-site 5 days a week in our Sydney office
  • Comfortable working independently in a high-performance environment
  • ITIL or relevant certifications preferred
  • Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift
  • Willingness to undergo and pass a police check, background check, and social media check as a condition of employment

  • Hardware Quality: Standardised, clean setups across all workstations
  • Documentation: Current and complete process and systems documentation
  • User Satisfaction: Positive internal feedback on IT support
