About the Role (Your Why)
Our Customer Centric Managed Services team provides a wide range of technology services to our clients. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ITAM Analyst to ensure we deliver value to customers and stakeholders through high-quality IT Asset Management practices. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate asset data, ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices, and supporting hardware lifecycle management processes that directly impact service quality.
Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we know the benefits of flexibility and remote working for work-life balance. You and your team can choose the balance that works best!
Due to customer requirements, Australian Citizenship and eligibility for a Federal Government Security Clearance is essential for this role.

- Collaborating with procurement and stakeholders to fulfil business requests.
- Monitoring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and generating asset health reports.
- Escalating risks related to asset management services and ensuring they are appropriately tracked and reported.
